Our Animals

The animals at Black Pine Animal Sanctuary each have their own story and have become residents for different reasons.  The sanctuary provides a unique educational opportunity for guests to learn about our residents and see them up close.  Included in the over 60 animals are endangered species, former pets, and even animals rescued internationally.  Each year we receive dozens of requests to re-home additional animals.  For every animal we can accept, there may be a dozen or more that we had to turn away.  From year to year there are always new animal residents to meet, learn about, and see at Black Pine Animal Sanctuary!
