Helpful Information
It is an unfortunate reality that each year Black Pine Animal Sanctuary receives dozens of calls and requests to provide refuge for injured or no longer wanted animals. While we would like to be able to take in every animal in need, each request is reviewed and considered based upon space at the sanctuary and the necessary resources to care for the animal for the rest of its life. It would be irresponsible of the BPAS team to take in more animals than we are able to provide the best care and refuge for at the time.
